“In 2012 we sold our acreage property and purchased a house and land package in Sommerset Estate. After looking at everything else in Atherton we were drawn to Sommerset for a few reasons. We were looking for a house with only a small yard and we particularly liked the elevated position of Sommerset we also liked the quality homes built on the estate.
Having been a landholder in Sommerset since December 2012 I can now say that it is a pleasure to live in this very quiet, neat and tidy estate. It has measured up to our expectations in every way. My smart modern home is comfortable and the land is still enough to grow vegetables and have a pretty garden without the lawn mowing.
Having lost my husband since moving here I now appreciate the fact that it is very conveniently located to leisure activities such as the swimming pool, library & bowling club. It has been a great decision to make Sommerset my home.”
