As the daughter in the family business, Raquel rose quickly to embrace the family values of Sommerset Estate. With her real estate experience in Cairns, Raquel developed a passion for rural properties. It wasn’t long before Raquel moved back to her hometown to join her family business and share their passion for developing the Sommerset Atherton community.
Fred and Kim
With a background of 34 years in building and farming, Fred and Kim decided to follow their dream and create the first ever housing community in Atherton. As Atherton locals, Fred and Kim use only local builders and sub-contractors. As the developers of Sommerset Atherton, they put a great deal of thought into the design and approach to the development and the community as a whole.

Cunzolo Building is a locally owned and operated Building Company based on the Atherton Tablelands.
Builder and Co-Owner Leo completed his apprenticeship in 2009 with a local builder where he continued to work for some time before starting his own business in 2016. With over 13 years of experience in the industry and a meticulous eye for detail, Leo is committed to designing and building beautiful homes.
